Atti di convegno • Book of abstract

The third edition of the ICS Exchange Conference, held in Foggia and Trani on June 10-12, 2026, has confirmed its role as an increasingly significant international scientific event dedicated to the themes of digitalisation, inclusion, and sustainability within educational and social processes. The conference is organised by the Learning Sciences Institute, the research laboratory of the University of Foggia, coordinated by Prof. Giusi Antonia Toto.
Across its three editions, the conference has recorded a steady growth in scientific contributions: from 26 presentations in the first edition to 40 in the second, exceeding 100 contributions in 2026. This progressive increase attests to the vitality of the academic community and to the consolidation of ICS Exchange as an authoritative forum for interdisciplinary dialogue and research advancement.
Focused on the theme Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Skills Development, the 2026 edition brought together scholars, researchers, and professionals from diverse disciplinary backgrounds, fostering dialogue among psychology, education, digital technologies, communication, and social innovation. The conference programme was structured around six thematic tracks – Psychology; Education; Inclusion; Social Engagement and Communication; Serious Games and Gamification; Learning and Technologies – reflecting an integrated approach to the analysis of learning processes, digital transformation, and societal change. The Book of Abstracts collects and systematises this body of scientific work, offering a qualified overview of the contributions presented and providing a solid foundation for future research developments at both national and international levels.
